We teach junior high and high school students how to build Hot Rods
As Business owners we have seen the need for Automotive technicians in our industry. We also know that the education system have removed shop classes from the junior high schools these past few years. When an interest is sparked in the younger years you are more likely to have an interest in the later years. We have such an amazing opportunity to mentor this younger generation and introduce them at a young age to the automotive industry. So we decided to do something about it. We created a program that gives students hands on experience and introduce them to the business world. Our team members have to apply for the position through a job application. They are then interviewed one on one. When the interview process is finished we choose the members of our team based on their application, interview, appearance, attitude, interest and need. Our goal is to give the an idea of what the job world looks like and what is expected. In the meantime we all learn to work together and have a great time doing it.
